Amy is a Care Manager and Certified Health Coach for Cerner Corporation. Her mission in healthcare is to help people prevent and reverse complications of type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, and metabolic syndrome. Her nursing career includes Adult Progressive Care/Step Down Medical ICU, Acute Psychiatric ICU, Neonatal ICU, Hospice Care, Clinical Consulting as a Nurse Educator traveling to many hospitals throughout the country, and most recently as a COVID Vaccinator. She is also an advocate for safety issues and served on the Safe Kids campaign as a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and completed Disaster Preparedness through the Red Cross. She has a passion for health and safety advocacy in diverse populations especially the vulnerable and those without a voice. She is excited to walk you through your path to wellness!
