Deductible and Copay Changes:

Plan A Calendar Year Deductible will increase from $800 individual/$1,600 Family to $1,000 Individual/ $2,000 Family

Plan A Specialist Office visit copay will increase from $40 to $60

Plans C and N the member plus dependent first Deductible will increase to $3,400 to meet IRS guidelines. The overall family deductible will remain at $5,500.
GLP-1 Changes:

The Body Mass Index (BMI) requirement for anti obesity GLP-1 medication is increasing.
Rates for Plan Year 2026:

Employee medical rates will increase 2% effective 1/1/2026

Employee dental rates increase 3.3%. Single Dental coverage will remain at zero cost
HRA/HSA Contributions for Plans C and N

No changes to the Employer HRA/HSA contributions.
