New Vendors to the SEHP
Surency is the new voluntary prescription eyewear benefits vendor
Medical and Prescription
Medical and Rx Plans C & N: The first deductible for Employee + Spouse; Employee + Children; Employee +Family will be $3,300 to meet new IRS regulations for members with “non-single” coverage. The overall family deductible will remain at $5,500.
Dental Coverage
The Annual Benefit Maximum per person is increased to $2,000 and the Lifetime Orthodontic Maximum Benefit is increased to $1,500 per person.

The annual Open Enrollment period is October 1-31, 2024.

All members currently enrolled in COBRA do not need to enroll for Plan Year 2025 unless changes need to be made to coverage. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have voluntary prescription eyewear coverage, you must reenroll. Due to a change in the voluntary prescription eyewear coverage vendor, you must reenroll to continue your voluntary prescription eyewear coverage. The coverage will not automatically roll over next year.
