Active State Employees, Non State Employer Group, and NON MEDICARE Retiree/Direct Bill Members
Whether you choose Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas or Aetna as your insurance provider, you are eligible to receive discounted lab test rates. Stormont Vail Health and Cotton O’Neil have negotiated rates for eligible outpatient laboratory work for State Employee Health Plan (SEHP) members.
Bring the ID card from your health plan provider identifying your membership with the SEHP.
All Cotton O’Neil patients can have blood drawn at their own physician’s office. If you do not have a Cotton O’Neil doctor, you will need to go to one of the specified locations.

Plan A: Your lab costs have been significantly discounted and are covered at 100%

Plans C, J, and N: Your lab costs have again been significantly discounted and applied to your deductible until your deductible is met. Then covered lab services are paid at 100%
