One-on-one coaching sessions are offered by HealthQuest to better help members understand their health status and set goals for improvement. Whether an individual is low, moderate, or high risk, qualified coaches deliver the right amount of personal attention to each member to reverse unhealthy habits and lead happy healthy lives.
Marathon Health’s accredited Health Coaches are specifically trained to determine an individual's readiness to change, identify motivations, evaluate barriers, and set goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, results-focused and time-bound (SMART).
Earn 5 HealthQuest credit per coaching visit, up to 10 credits per Plan Year.
Log on to your HealthQuest Portal to meet your coaches, schedule a coaching appointment, and earn credits today.
Schedule an appointment with a health coach
Your HealthQuest Health Center or anywhere health coach will work with you to set health improvement goals that align with your personal objectives.
