The SEHP will be hosting a number of in person Open Enrollment presentations throughout the state. The below scheduled meetings are open to all State employees.
If you can't attend an in person meeting, there are two webinars available.

The fair will be on the main level. There is limited parking at the Alumni Center, but if it is available you can park in either the front or back lots. If no parking is available, vendors can pull up to the east side entrance right up to the doors (red circle) and unload from there and then park in the parking garage across the street. Parking in the parking lot should be free and no permit should be required, but parking in the parking garage will be at a charge. People who park in this area will need to download the ParkMobile App.

Parking is open at ESU in the fall, so vendors can park just about anywhere in the area of the Memorial Union without a permit.
The exceptions are:

Areas designed as requiring a “Green” permit, which are for students.

Parking spaces with “Gold” or “Service Vehicles Only”
Enter the Memorial Union through the East doors, go up one flight of stairs (or use the elevator). Signs will point the way to the Ballroom.

Attendees and vendors park in the northwest parking lot near the front entrance. No permits will be needed.
Enter through the main entrance and staff at the front desk will help direct. There are also digital signs around campus letting guests know the room number.

Parking: Parking is on the west side of the south building. Use the entrance on the west side of the main building coming off 14th Street that says “KDOT entrance only” on Garfield Street. You will continue south to the tan metal building behind the shop.
